Abras, which means "to cross" in Arabic, follow a schedule and go between four stations. The first route goes from Deira Old Souk Abra Station, near the Spice Souk, to Bur Dubai Abra Station, west of the Textile Souk. The second, busier route goes all the time between Dubai Old Souk Abra Station and Al Sabkha Abra Station, southwest of Baniyas Square.
